Hello, I'm Ratnam Customer Relations Head at BookToursInDubai. I directly liaise with tourists, responding to pre-book queries, tailoring packages (group tables, private decks), resolving problems, and collecting feedback after the event. When it comes to New Year's Eve cruise, I assist tourists in deciding on lower or upper decks, clarifying inclusions such as dinner, live performances, drinks, and organizing logistics such as transportation to and how to get to the seaport. I would want it to be an effortless and enjoyable experience for them from the time they call us to the time of last fireworks.
