Revolutionizing Veg Processing: VERFOODSOLUTIONS Delivers in Argentina
We recently supplied a complete lettuce processing line to a customer in Argentina, designed to simplify their entire process from sorting to packaging. It begins with two sorting tables, one for whole leaves and another with drainage holes for quicker washing. The lettuce is first cleaned using a 5-meter air bubble washer to remove dirt, then cut into 2cm pieces with our leafy vegetable cutter. A second 3-meter bubble washer gently rinses the lettuce to maintain freshness, followed by an 800mm dewatering machine that removes excess moisture before packaging. The line currently processes 150 kg per hour and can be upgraded to 800 kg with larger washers.
